    Privacy Policy

    This policy explains what personal data Odyseo collects through this website, why we collect it, who processes it on our behalf, and the choices you have. It covers odyseo.io only.

    Who we are

    Odyseo is the brand name of EVERYTEC LTD, registered in Limassol, Cyprus, and contactable at antriana@odyseo.io.

    What we collect

    • Contact form. Your name, email address, and message, plus optional company name and website. Submitted over HTTPS to our backend and stored in our database. We use it only to respond to your enquiry.
    • Booking a call. The details you enter when booking (name, email, and any notes) and the selected time slot, stored in UTC.
    • Analytics. With your consent, Google Analytics collects pseudonymous usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser. Analytics does not run until you accept it.
    • Technical logs. Our hosting and backend providers process IP addresses and request metadata to deliver and secure the site.

    We do not place your contact details into analytics events, and we do not sell personal data.

    Legal bases

    • Responding to enquiries and bookings: our legitimate interest in answering you, and steps prior to entering a contract.
    • Analytics cookies: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
    • Security and fraud prevention: legitimate interest.

    Who processes data for us

    • Lovable — website hosting, backend platform and transactional email delivery.
    • Google (Google Analytics) — website analytics, only after consent.

    Some providers may process data outside the EEA; where that is the case, transfers rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

    How long we keep data

    Enquiry and booking records are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact with you. Google Analytics data retention is configured in the Google Analytics property.

    Your rights

    You can request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Email antriana@odyseo.io. You also have the right to complain to the Cyprus Commissioner for Personal Data Protection or your local data protection authority.
