    Terms of Use

    These terms govern your use of the odyseo.io website. By using the site you agree to them. Services delivered under a signed proposal or statement of work are governed by that agreement, which takes precedence over these terms.

    Who we are

    Odyseo is the brand name of EVERYTEC LTD, registered in Limassol, Cyprus, and contactable at antriana@odyseo.io.

    Use of the website

    • You may use the site for lawful purposes only.
    • Do not attempt to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorised access to the site, the app or our backend.
    • Do not scrape or reuse content at scale without written permission.

    Accounts and the Odyseo app

    Some tools require an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for the activity in your account. Access to individual tools depends on the plan or permissions attached to your account. We may suspend accounts that are used abusively.

    Reports, data and AI-generated output

    Reports in the app combine third-party search data with AI-generated analysis. They are provided for guidance and can contain inaccuracies or incomplete data. They are not a guarantee of ranking, traffic, or revenue outcomes, and they are not legal, financial or tax advice. Verify anything you intend to act on.

    Results and case studies

    Figures shown in case studies describe results achieved for specific clients under specific conditions. They are not a promise of similar results for your business.

    Intellectual property

    The Odyseo name, logo, site content and app interface are owned by Odyseo or its licensors. You keep ownership of the content and data you submit, and you grant us the permission needed to process it in order to provide the service.

    Liability

    The website is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or app. Our total liability to you is limited to the fees you have paid us in the three months preceding the claim (or zero where you use the website or app free of charge). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

    Governing law

    These terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus, and the courts of Limassol, Cyprus have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

    Changes

    We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest revision.
